## **Stock Garments & Poly-based styles:**

Our stock uniforms and performance apparel are primarily made from polyester and poly blends. These garments also perform best when cared for properly.

Follow these simple guidelines:

*   Machine wash cold
*   Wash with like colors
* Do not bleach. Bleach can break down the synthetic fibers.
* Avoid fabric softeners since they can block moisture-wicking technology.
* Tumble dry low, high heat can damage prints and decoration.
* Do not iron. Irons can melt polyester and ruin your gear.

## **Custom Sublimated Garments:**

Our custom sublimated uniforms are made using cutting-edge printing technology that fuses vibrant designs directly into the fabric.

Because of this process, they require a specific care routine to avoid damage or fading.

* If uniforms are not to be laundered immediately after use, hang them to dry.  Damp fabrics can release and transfer color by cross-staining, if stacked one upon another.
* Machine Wash uniforms separating Dark or Vivid Colors from Whites and Light Colors.  Avoid overloading machinery to allow for easy agitation and thorough cleaning.
* Wash temperatures should not exceed 105° F (Warm Setting).  In addition to standard detergents, use only Non-chlorine Bleach for extra cleaning power if required.  Regular Chlorine Bleach can damage synthetic fibers and degrade sublimation ink colors.
* Promptly remove laundered uniforms from the washer, and dry immediately.
* Tumble Dry on Low Setting.  High heat (especially commercial dryers set to high temperature) will reactivate sublimation inks and cross-stain other items.  This is not a manufacturing fault, but unique to sublimation ink technology, and avoided by using proper temperature.  Cross-staining is permanent.
* Fabric Softeners are not necessary, and the addition of laundry softeners will temporarily block the moisture management features built into the fabric.  Some color combinations may also be damaged due to fabric softener use.
